Join us as Professor Iain McNeish hosts a ‘Know Your Funder’ session on the Cancer Research UK (CRUK) Opportunities.

The webinar will cover CRUK Clinician Scientist, CRUK Clinical Future Leadership Fellowships as well as pre- and post-doctoral bursaries.

About the speaker:
Professor Iain McNeish is Chair in Oncology and Head of the Division of Cancer within the Department of Surgery and Cancer, as well as Co‑Director of the School of Convergence Science in Health and Technology. He also serves as Director of the Ovarian Cancer Action Research Centre and is joint lead for the Surgery and Cancer theme in the Imperial NIHR Biomedical Research Centre (BRC). In addition, he co-leads the Imperial Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre. Externally, Professor McNeish is a director of Gynaecological Cancer Trials UK and of the GCIG (Gynaecologic Cancer InterGroup). This session offers an excellent opportunity to understand the aims, expectations, and support offered through the CSF, as well as to hear insights directly from a senior leader deeply involved in cancer research and clinical academic development.
His clinical work focusses on ovarian and endometrial cancers, and his is an honorary consultant in medical oncology at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
